Terms and Conditions for Reservations
In the interest of transparency and an enjoyable stay with us, please read through the following terms of reservation carefully: We are happy to take your reservation by phone or at reception, but we ask that you confirm your reservation in writing by letter, fax or email so that availability of your apartment can be guaranteed. If you are due to arrive later than 6.00pm/18.00, we ask that you notify us in advance.
We also ask that you inform us of your exact billing address in advance, as this will save time when you are checking out.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your reservations without a cash deposit or your credit card details.
For stays longer than 3 nights we require either a deposit of one nightly rate or your credit card details.
Cancellation Policy from January 6th to December 23rd
- up to 14 days prior to your arrival - no cancellation fee
- up to 7 days prior to your arrival - 30% of the full booking amount, (minimum ½ night)
- up to 3 days prior to your arrival - 50% of the full booking amount (minimum of one night)
- less than 3 days prior to your arrival - 80% of the full booking amount, (minimum of one night)
Cancellation Policy from December 23rd to January 6th
- up to 60 days prior to your arrival - no cancellation fee
- up to 30 days prior to your arrival - 30% of the full booking amount (minimum of one night)
- up to 14 days prior to your arrival - 50% of the full booking amount (minimum of two nights)
- less than 14 days prior to your arrival - 80% of the full booking amount (minimum of two nights)

Location of venue for all disputes is Salzburg.
In case of a delayed payment, a default interest rate of 8% will be surcharged.
Austrian law as well as the Austrian hotel terms of contract (ÖHVB) apply.
